Vegetarian ready to cook meal kit for 6 pax. All ingredients with recipe will be provided except for basic condiments oil, salt and pepper. Simple steps for beginners. Under 40 minutes.
- 2 Tbsps Sunflower oil
- 4 Cloves garlic , finely chopped
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 2 pcs fried tofu thinly sliced
- 50 gram long bean thinly sliced
- 50 grams pea sprouts
- 1 packet enoki mushrooms
- 1 packet hokto bunashimeji mushroom
- 4 Thai red chili thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soya sauce
- Chopped spring onions for garnish
- Salt to taste
- Heat wok with oil till hot.
- Add in garlic and stir fry till light brown.
- Add in the tofu and gently sauté while retaining heat/
- Then add in the long beans, chili, pea sprouts and mushrooms. Stir fry till beans are tender. Add cooked rice , soya sauce and vegetarian oyster sauce. Season with salt and remove once ingredients are well combined and dry.
- Garnish with chopped spring onion leaves and serve hot
