Also known as bok choy or sawi putih, this leafy green vegetable has a white, celery like stem and has a slight peppery flavor. Rich in antioxidnts and fiber, it is commonly used in Asian cuisines like stir fries. 

Tai Pak Choy (Sawi Putih) is an excellent source of vitamins A and C, which are antioxidants that can help protect the immune system and repair cell damage.

When Tai Pak Choy (Sawi Putih) is cooked, it develops a tender texture and the flavor mellows to a taste similar to common cabbage and spinach.

Storage Instructions

Store it in a plastic bag, sealed, and put it in your crisper. This way it will keep for about 4-6 days.
