Pomegranates taste a lot like cranberries with a bit of sweetness underneath. Pomegranates have anti-oxidant, anti-viral and anti-tumor properties and are said to be a good source of vitamins, especially vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, as well as folic acid.
Store pomegranates in a cool, dry well-ventilated place. Fruit can also be refrigerated. Fresh seeds or juice will keep in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
