Vegetarian ready to cook meal kit for 2 pax. All ingredients with recipe will be provided except for basic condiments oil, salt and pepper. Simple steps for beginners. Under 40 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 Tbsps Olive Oil
- 3 Red Chilies’ seeded and finely chopped
- 2 Cloves garlic , finely chopped
- 25 grams Fresh Basil leaves roughly torn
- 250 grams vine cherry tomatoes , halved
- 1 Tbsps Cirio super concentrated tomato puree
- 150 grams Barilla Rigate Penne Pasta
- 2 Tbsp Perfect Italiano Dry Grated Parmesan
Instructions
- Heat the oil in a medium saucepan and cook the chilli, garlic and half of the basil for 2 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes and puree and simmer very gently for 10 minutes
- Meanwhile cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling water, then drain and return to pan. Stir in the arrabbiata sauce , remaining basil and the cheese, and toss well together
- Divide between two bowls and grind over some black pepper. Serve with a leafy green salad on the side
- Salt and pepper to taste
