Hungarian Sausage 200gm. A natural hog casing sausage that contains bacon and caraway seeds. Smoked for taste. Used for BBQs or sausage platters.
The Hungarian Sausage tastes salty and has a significant flavour of bacon. This is because we mix in bacon bits in the sausage and it is then smoked for at least 20 minutes. It has a more chewy texture than a regular sausage because the meat used is less fine. Due to natural smoking, the casing will sometimes have uneven colour which is nothing to worry about.
