The German Bockwurst tastes salty and is smoked for at least 20 minutes. It has a more chewy texture than a regular sausage because we used grounded meat that is less fine. Sometimes, the skin will have uneven colour due to the natural smoking process which is nothing to worry about.
Keep Refrigerated Below 0°C - 4°C. Once open, preferably consume in 3 days
