Bak Kut Teh Soup
功效:美味可口,滋味无穷。
Benefit: Provide nutrition and calcium to body.
煮法:肉骨洗净,锅注入清水十碗,煮滚后加入肉骨及药材,以中火煮约半小时。加入耗油,盐,老抽,生抽调味,即可享用。
Direction: Rinse meat. Pour 3 litres of water to boil, then put in herbs. Use medium temperature to cook 1/2 hour. Add oyster sauce, light and dark soya sauce, salt and pepper to taste.
Keep in a cool dry place.
